Received a Letter from William Dietz Esq^ at Schohary informing that he sent down William Schermerhorn and [33] Henry Quant and John Thomason supposed to be guilty of the Robbery lately committed at the House of Jacob Hogstrasser Ordered that a Mittimus be made out to the Sheriff to take the said William Schermerhorn Henry Quant and John Thomason and closely confine them -- Harmanus See was brought before us and we having enquired into the Nature of his Crime and finding nothing special against him (save that of being with the Enemy) he was permitted to go and work with Col Humfrey and on his
