On motion of TRUSTEE _____, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #247-2025 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Police Department would like to continue participating in Westchester County’s STOP DWI Patrol Project; and WHEREAS, this program is an overtime, added, patrol effort to enforce the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Laws against intoxicated and impaired driving (DWI/DWAI) in Westchester County; and WHEREAS, the municipality may seek reimbursement from the County for an amount not to exceed $8,400, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to sign the STOP DWI Patrol Project intermunicipal agreement with Westchester County commencing January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2030.
