History of Westchester County, New York, Vol. I
Ann Richbell
It is believed to be the only Westchester County Court document of the kind of the seventeenth century which has come down regularly to a present representative in interest of one of the parties to the original action. Its form being somewhat different from that now used, and showing the names of the Judges, Jurors, and Counsel, and the summary of the evidence, gives it great and curious interest.
Verdict for Mrs. Richbell.
