Commander Edgerton w as wounded at Mine Run, Va., on the 20th of July, 1864, a piece of shell taking effect in liis right breast and rendering amputation of the right arm necessarj'. Since the war he has become a clergyman, and is respected wherever he is known.
Senior Vice-Commander: Hiram Osboril, first lieutenant of the 75th N. Y. ; promoted from the ranks, with three yeai-s' service.
Junior Vice-Commander : William W. Ryder, ex-private of the 17th N. Y., with two years' service.

Surgeon : George W. Bell, 2d N. Y. Cav., three years.
