of the youngest Masonic lodges in the state, in February. 1917. it recorded an event unusual in Masonic history. In one of its meetings there gathered eight Morgan brothers, all Master Masons, meeting under one roof. It was the first time that they had all been together in years and the first time that they had all attended the same lodge. At Grand Island, in 1907. seven of them had been present, but one brother, Charles, was then living in Los Angeles and could not get there. Fred Morgan had been attempting for several years to secure their presence at one time, but accomplished this for the first time when the local lodge was putting on the fellowcraft degree.
