the neighbouring Colonies but to intrusions of private persons among ourselves. Any delay at this time will certainly be prejudical to His Majesty's interest ; prevent the benefit designed for the Army in America, and the settling of that part of the Country, besides the inconveniences and perhaps mischiefs which may happen by the different claims of Jurisdiction.
