In like manner, we also complain to your Honor, for inasmucl> as we, the aforesaid Symon Root and Cornelia Mourisen, have been refused payment by the Swedish subjects, on the ground that, being subjects, they need not to pay us. In like manner, we also declare that the Swedish subjects have stated to us, that they have been forbidden by their Governor, John Prints, to trade in any way with us, which, also, was manifest on divers voyages. We, the undersigned do declare all what is above written to be true and truthful, and if necessary will confirm the
