Patrol unit reported stopping a vehicle on Route 9 North for having an inadequate brake light. The male driver, a 22-year-old resident of Stamford, Connecticut, was issued two uniform traffic tickets: one for Inadequate/no brake lights and the second for operating an unregistered vehicle. The defendant is due back in Village Justice Court on 11/18/20. The vehicle the defendant was operating was impounded.

Patrol unit reported stopping a vehicle on Route 9 North after receiving an LPR hit revealing the vehicle registration was suspended. After further investigation, it was determined that the operator, a 25-year-old resident of Staten Island, was also driving the vehicle with a suspended driver's license and an expired inspection certificate. Defendant is due back in Village Justice Court on 11/18/20. The vehicle was impounded from the highway.
