Alarm company reported issue at Half Moon Bay Pump Station. DPW was notified.

Alarm company reported a commercial burglary alarm at the Croton-Harmon High School. Patrols responded and reported the building was secure.

Alarm company reported a commercial burglary alarm at the Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School. Patrols responded and, after checking the building, reported the building was secure.

A patrol officer was flagged down on Maple Street by an individual who was reporting a possible harassment by a former friend. Patrols interviewed the individual and reported no apparent criminal behavior at this time.

Patrols responded to a branch down with a wire on Radnor Avenue near Irving Avenue. Patrols responded and report that there is a tree and wires down on private property as well as the sidewalk. Con Edison was notified and the condition was corrected.

Patrols responded to multiple calls of a tree leaning over the Route 9 North entrance ramp at Senasqua Road. Patrols confirmed the condition of the tree and notified the NYS DOT. Later in the day the tree came down and partially blocked the entrance ramp. Patrol responded and cordoned off the area and notified NYS DOT again who then responded to remove the tree.

Skyview Nursing Home called requesting an ambulance for a resident. Croton EMS responded.

Patrols responded to the Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School for a report of a female on the property who will not leave. Patrols interviewed the female and then advised her to leave the school property and she complied.

A resident contacted the Police Department to report that while utilizing the village dog park at Black Rock, another village resident came down to the park and may have attempted to intimidate them. The incident happened in the past and the resident caller was advised that in the future she should notify the Police Department while the incident was occurring so that patrol officers can respond to the scene.

The Police Department received a call from the New York State Police that they were looking for a missing juvenile. Patrols were advised and checked the area but were unable to locate the juvenile in Croton.

A female contacted the Police Department to report losing a purse containing her wallet and medicine either in the area of the Van Wyck Shopping Center or the Shoprite Plaza. Patrols could not locate the item.

Patrols responded to the area of Morningside Drive for a female requesting medical assistance for her elderly mother. Croton EMS also responded and transported the female to the hospital.

Patrols responded to the area of South Riverside Avenue for a female with an unknown medical issue. Croton EMS responded and transported the female to the hospital.

Patrols responded to the CVS on Maple Street for an alarm. Patrols checked the building and reported that everything appeared secure.

Patrols responded to the area of Wells Avenue for a male reporting a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded and transported the male to the hospital.

Patrols responded to the corner of Van Wyck Street and Old Post Road North because a female called reporting that an individual in a vehicle started yelling at her while she was holding a political sign at that location. The male had left the area before the arrival of Patrol officers.

A resident of Grand Street reported that earlier a vehicle had pulled up in front of his house, a male got out of the passenger side and proceeded to rip up the political signs on the resident’s front yard. The male got back in the vehicle and the vehicle drove away.

Patrols responded to the area of South Riverside Avenue for a female with a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded and transported the female to the hospital.

Two good Samaritans turned in a wallet that they had found in the area of Grand Street. Patrols were able to reunite the owner with the wallet.

A Croton resident came into police headquarters requesting information on her vehicle that is reported to have been impounded while in another state. Desk officer was unable to locate any information for the resident and the resident was advised to contact the police department in the area where the vehicle was believed to have been impounded.

Alarm company reported an activated medical alarm in the area of Mount Airy Road. Patrols responded and reported a false alarm.

Patrols responded to the Croton River Bridge after receiving a report that a motorist was having a road rage incident with a police officer. Upon arrival, patrols encountered the Westchester County Police performing a traffic stop and arrest of an individual.

Patrols responded to the area of the Echo Canoe Launch on a report of individuals fishing after hours. Patrols report that individuals are inside the park but that the park does not close until 9 pm.

Patrols responded to the parking lot of the Municipal Building to help a resident who had locked keys in their car. Patrols were able to gain entry into the vehicle.

Patrol responded to the area of Arlington Drive for a residential fire alarm. Patrol reports Croton FD also arrived on scene and the alarm was a false alarm.

Patrols assisted a motorist in the area of Maple Street with a disabled vehicle.

Patrol responded to a residence in the area of Lexington Drive on a 911 call that was disconnected. Patrols confirmed that the caller had dialed in error.

A resident reported that vehicles were not stopping at the stop sign in the area of Old Post Road South and Morningside Drive and the resident requested extra patrols in the area.

Patrols responded to the area of Sunset Trail for a two-car motor vehicle accident.

Patrols responded to the area of Cleveland drive on a report of a possible rabid skunk. When patrols arrived the skunk ran off into the woods and left the area.

The Police Department notified the Department of Public Works of an alarm at a village pump station.

Patrol responded to the area of Glengary Road on a report of a fire alarm. Patrols reported the smoke alarm was set off in the kitchen. Croton FD also responded to the alarm.

A resident reported being involved in a property damage auto accident in the area of Maple Street.

Patrols responded to the area of Veterans Corners on a report of a vehicle driving on the sidewalk. Upon patrols arrival the vehicle was no longer in the area.

Patrols responded to the area of Shoprite on a report of firecrackers going off in the area. Patrols checked the area of the Shoprite Plaza as well as the surrounding area and were unable to locate the source of the noise.

Patrols responded to the area of Olcott Avenue for a report of a resident having a medical issue. Croton EMS also responded and transported the resident to the hospital.

Patrols responded to the area of Brook Street on a report of a domestic dispute.

Patrols located a male in the area of Maple Street who was reporting a medical issue. Patrols requested Croton EMS who responded to the scene.

Patrols responded to the area of Maple Street for a commercial alarm. Patrols report alarm is being tested inside a business establishment.

Patrols responded to the area of Beekman Avenue on a report of solicitors in the area. Patrols spoke to individuals and advised them they needed to get a permit prior to soliciting.

Patrols responded to the area of Grand Street on a report of an injured deer. Patrols confirmed deer was injured and were able to dispatch the deer.

Patrols reported stopping a vehicle on South Riverside Avenue for a Vehicle & Traffic law violation. Upon further investigation, patrols arrested the operator, a 25-yea- old resident of Florida, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in 3rd Degree.

Patrols responded to the area of Maple Street on a report of a male sleeping on a bench. Patrol reports male was indeed taking a nap on the bench but is now leaving the area.

Patrols responded to the area of Lower North Highland Avenue on a report of a male yelling and cursing while riding a skateboard. Patrols report speaking to the individual involved and his wife and the individual was verbally warned.

Patrols responded to the area of Georgia Lane for a residential fire alarm. Croton FD also responded and the alarm was determined to have been set off accidentally.

Patrols responded to a large plastic container in a lane on Route 9 North near Croton Point Avenue. Patrols were able to remove the container from traffic.

Patrols responded to the intersection of Church Street and Grand Street for a white van parked illegally. Vehicle had left the area prior to patrol arrival.

Patrols responded to Route 9 Southbound near Warren Road to assist a disabled vehicle.

A caller requested patrols check on the welfare of his daughter whom he had not heard from. Patrols responded to the area of Benedict Boulevard and confirmed the individual was ok.

Patrol responded to the area of Mount Green Road on a report of a male with an unknown domestic issue. Upon further investigation, Patrol requested Croton EMS and the male was transported to the hospital.

Patrol responded to the area of Jacoby Street for a residential alarm. Patrol was able to confirm that all was ok.

Patrol responded to the area of Albany Post Road along with Con Edison and the Croton Fire Department to check on an odor of natural gas. Patrols checked residences in the area with Con Edison and the Croton Fire Department. Con Edison remained on scene to fix the condition.

Patrol responded to the area of Truesdale Drive regarding a reported child custody issue.

Patrol responded to the area of Municipal Place on a report of a male with a wheelchair or a walker in the middle of the roadway. Patrol reported the male had left the area prior to their arrival.

Patrol responded to the area of the Gorge Trail/Spencer Field/Truesdale Drive on a report of gunshots heard in the area. Patrols could not locate the source of the noise.

Patrols responded to South Riverside Avenue on a report of a motor vehicle accident.

Patrols responded to the area of Harrison Street on a report of loud music. Patrols report that the person involved was uncooperative but did eventually turn the music down.

Patrol responded to the area of South Riverside Avenue for a female who appeared disoriented. Patrols were able to assist female and reunite her with her family.

While on patrol in the area of Grand Street, a patrol officer was flagged down by a female involved in a domestic dispute possibly involving a stolen vehicle. After a subsequent foot pursuit, patrols arrested an individual from The Bronx for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, Obstructing Governmental Administration, and other V&T Law violations. All other charges were declined by the victim at that time. The individual was released on his own recognizance, but then made threats to harm himself. Croton EMS was contacted and transported him to the hospital with a patrol escort for further evaluation.

Caller advised the Police Department that earlier in the day she got into a dispute with someone who confronted her regarding mask wearing on the pathway along the Hudson River.

Patrols responded to the area of Brook Street in response to a caller who reports having an issue with her son’s alleged drug use in the past.

Parking Enforcement Officer at the train station was attempting to write a ticket for a vehicle parked in an unpaid space when he noticed that there was an occupant passed out inside the vehicle and the vehicle was running. Patrols responded to check on the male’s condition. Patrol reports the male is ok and was just taking a nap in his vehicle.

Patrols responded to the Croton-Harmon High School on two separate reports of someone operating a dirt bike in the parking lot. The father of the young child on the motor bike agreed to ride elsewhere.

Patrol responded to the area of Maple Street for a report of two cars involved in a motor vehicle accident.

A caller in the area of Eklof Court reported that two days ago he observed a vehicle (older, gold Mercedes) taking pictures of his home and that earlier today he observed another vehicle (a blue sedan) parked in front of his home. When he went to speak with the driver of the vehicle the car left the scene. Patrols will be on the lookout for the vehicles.

Patrols responded to the area of Route 9 South near the Ossining border for multiple reports of a motorcycle accident with injuries. Accident was determined to be on the Ossining side of the border and the Ossining Police Department handled the accident.

Patrol officers observed smoke in the area of Old Post Road North and Van Wyck Street. Upon investigation patrols found a resident in the area who was burning brush without a permit. Resident put the fire out and will obtain a permit for an open burn next time.

A caller in the area of Truesdale Drive reported political signs were stolen from his front lawn some time over the past couple of days.
