The unknown party they had been speaking to said he owns the house and would lease it to her. Victim never met the seller; the communication was via email and text only. Victim never actually saw the apartment in person, just pictures on Craigslist. Victim wired the money to the unknown party and was supposed to receive a lease and keys but never did.
