At around 1:03 pm, patrols responded to the same residence for another activated alarm. This time the alarm was audible outside the residence. Patrols checked the residence which appeared secure. The owner was contacted and was able to return home to reset the audible alarm.

A caller reported that a dog may have been hit by a vehicle in the area of Grand Street. No description of the vehicle was given. At that point the owner of the dog was able to get on the phone and reported that the dog ran out from her backyard into the roadway. Nobody had actually seen the dog get hit by a vehicle. The owner reported that the dog appeared ok but frightened and that she was leaving to take the dog to the veterinarian.

Patrols spoke with the mother of the child who had been unaware the child had left the residence.

Patrols responded to the area of High Street on a report of vehicle parked blocking the sidewalk. Patrols located the owner of the vehicle and advised him to move the car.

Patrol reports conducting a traffic stop on Route 9. After investigation, a resident of White Plains was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended Registration as well as other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.

A caller stated that while she was with her son walking her three dogs in the area of Devon Avenue another dog jumped from the rear of a black pickup truck scaring her and her son. Patrols responded to the scene and were able to locate the owner of the dog. The owner of the dog and the caller were able to exchange information.

An employee of a business on South Riverside Avenue called to report observing someone just dump garbage into their private dumpster. A description of the vehicle was given. Patrols responded and searched the area but the vehicle was already gone.

A caller reported that while her vehicle was parked at a business on South Riverside Avenue it was struck by another vehicle. Caller had already left the area but wanted to have the incident on record.

Patrols responded to the area of the upper village on a report that businesses in the area were selling products on the street. Patrols did confirm that several businesses did have tents set up and were serving patrons outside of the establishments. Patrols to follow up with the Village Office.

A caller of a business on South Riverside Avenue reports that a male had stolen beer from the business earlier in the morning and was now back inside the establishment. Patrols responded. Patrols interviewed the store staff as well as the individual. An investigation is being conducted.

A caller reported an erratic driver on Route 9 North by the Montrose exit. Vehicle was already out of the Village.

A caller reports that she just observed a drone flying motionless outside of her window. When she approached the window, the drone immediately flew away. Drone is now gone, and it is unknown which direction it went.
