A caller reported that he was out eating and an individual threw something at his vehicle. He reported that he drove off and the same individual then showed up outside of the Lutheran Church and punched the caller as he exited his vehicle. He indicated he did not need Croton EMS. Patrols responded and obtained general supporting deposition from the caller. Patrols report harassment took place but the caller is declining to prosecute.
