Residents reported numerous noise complaints regarding loud bass music originating from across the Hudson River or from Rockland County. Croton PD contacted the New York Park Police and the Rockland County Sheriff's Office to make them aware. Those agencies dispatched patrols to canvas the parks by Rt. 9W and the Hudson River. Officers located the individuals and issued multiple summonses.
