On motion of TRUSTEE ___________, seconded by TRUSTEE _____________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #225-2026 WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees desires to update the language in the Village Code to provide clarification in the review of land use applications for consistency with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan; and WHEREAS, Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2026 has been drafted for such purposes; and WHEREAS, on September 2, 2026, the Village Board of Trustees adopted Resolution 203-2026 to schedule a public hearing on Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2026 for September 23, 2026; and WHEREAS, the Village Board meeting schedule has been adjusted to move the September 23, 2026, board meeting to September 30, 2026, which requires the public hearing to be rescheduled, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby calls for a Public Hearing on September 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2026 to amend Chapter 223, Waterfront Revitalization, of the Village Code to provide clarification in the review of land use applications for consistency with the Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan.
