On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #77-2026
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson orders various t-shirts and polo shirts
for recreational programs and Village staff; and
WHEREAS, on February 19, 2026, the Village published a request for proposals for
screened sportswear; and
WHEREAS, a total of six proposals were received by the deadline of March 19, 2026;
and
WHEREAS, the Village Manager has reviewed the proposals and recommended that
the contract be awarded to Empire Printing, LLC, of Springfield, Missouri; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to award the contract for screened sportswear to Empire Printing, LLC of
Springfield, Missouri, for the period of April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2028.
