This year’s luncheon will be held on Tuesday, October 7th at The Garden City Hotel, 45 Seventh Street, Garden City, NY. As in past years, we will take award presentation photographs during a one-hour, pre- luncheon reception beginning at 11:30 a.m. This will be the only opportunity to be photographed with your award. Please make every effort to arrive on time.   Your community nominated Lawrence Tramaglini, School Crossing Guard, for the Traffic Safety Hero Award. Please extend the invite, as he will be photographed during the pre-luncheon reception and will be recognized with the other award winners during the main luncheon.  Attendance will be limited to no more than three representatives from each community which will include your Traffic Safety Hero award winner.  If your “ Hero” cannot attend, please limit attendance to two.   Kindly RSVP by emailing me at gdisalvo@aaanortheast.com no later than Friday, September 19th  indicating the names and titles of who will be representing your community. If no one is able to attend from your community, please let us know, and we will mail the awards to you.  We look forward to the opportunity to recognize your community for your commitment to traffic safety. We hope you will be able to attend and look forward to seeing you on October 7th.    Regards,
