Use of Municipal Building
Croton Caring has requested the use of the Municipal Building Community Room to host a mahjong
fundraiser on September 28, 2025. The Village Board previously approved Croton Caring to use the
community room on June 8, 2025, and there were no reported issues.
The Village has a long-standing contractual relationship with Croton Caring and seeks to support their
activities whenever feasible. Therefore, I request that the Village Board approve the use of the
Municipal Building for this activity. Please let me know if you have any questions.
