Healy Village Manager Village of Croton-on-Hudson 1 Van Wyck Street Croton-on-Hudson, NY 10520 RE: Donation of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) To Village of Croton-on-Hudson Dear Mr. Healy: During the April 8, 2025 Board of Directors Meeting, the Croton Little League Board of Directors voted unanimously to donate five (5) Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson. The following table summarizes the AEDs and their locations. Four of the AEDs were purchased by Croton Little League (refer to attached invoice) and one AED (SN 400007333) was donated to Croton Little League by Alex Dick. The AEDs are in good working order. Croton Little League staff have performed monthly inspections of the AEDs since their acquisition with the most recent inspection performed August 15, 2025. Croton Little League donates the AEDs to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson with the following understanding:  The Village of Croton-on-Hudson will assume all operations and maintenance responsibilities to keep the AEDs in good working order. This includes, but is not limited to, monthly inspections, as needed replacement of parts and materials (i.e., electrode pads, batteries), etc.  The Village of Croton-on-Hudson will have the AEDs available for use during all by Croton Little League games and practices at the fields referred to in the above table.  The Village of Croton-on-Hudson will replace the AEDs when they reach the end of their service life so that the above referenced fields and parks have access to AEDs in perpetuity. Croton Little League appreciates the Village of Croton-on-Hudson’s generous assumption of the above responsibilities. Please confirm receipt of this letter and acceptance of the donation.
