On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a
- vote.
Resolution #228-2026
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
undertakes the following actions:
1. Approving the fundraising request from Chemical Engine Company for
October 16, 2026.
2. Accepting the donation in the amount of $711 from John Sasso to place a bench
at Black Rock Park.
3. Accepting the donation in the amount of $1,069.82 from Aurelia Semisa to
place a bench at Dobbs Park.
4. Approving the request from the Croton Lions Club to hold their annual
Christmas tree sale on South Riverside Avenue.
5. Filing for the record the letter of resignation from former Village Trustee Nora
Nicholson and the 2026 street resurfacing program memo from Superintendent
of Public Works Frank Balbi.
