On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #214-2025
WHEREAS, the Municipal Home Rule Law of New York State governs the processes
whereby the Village adopts local legislation; and
WHEREAS, Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law allows for proposed local
laws to be delivered to board members electronically under certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson meets these conditions and the Village
Board wishes to continue to receive local laws in electronic format,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the electronic delivery of local laws in portable document format (PDF).
