On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #215-2025
WHEREAS, the Village maintains a motor boat at the Senasqua Boat Basin which
the harbormaster uses during the season; and
WHEREAS, the boat motor has recently stopped working and must be replaced; and
WHEREAS, the full cost of this replacement was not included in the 2025-2026
General Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make the following budget transfer in the 2025-2026 General Fund budget:
