On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #216-2025
WHEREAS, the Village budgets for annual debt payments through an annual
schedule received from its financial advisor; and
WHEREAS, the schedule received for the 2025-2026 fiscal year did not account for
a higher bond anticipation note (BAN) payment needed for a police vehicle; and
WHEREAS, the additional payment needed amounts to $9,000,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make the following budget transfer in the 2025-2026 General Fund budget:
