following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #236-2026
WHEREAS, the on-site audit has been completed for the 2025-2026 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, during the course of the fiscal year, it was determined that the funding
allocated for the re-lining of the Lounsbury Road water main could be taken from the
fund balance in the Water Fund instead of incurring long-term debt; and
WHEREAS, the Village’s auditors have requested the Board affirm this decision
formally,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to make the following budget amendment in the 2025-2026
Water Fund and Capital Fund budgets:
