On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New
York, with a - vote.
Resolution #240-2026
WHEREAS, the Village Board included funding for a police department staffing and
operational study in the 2026-2027 capital plan; and
WHEREAS, on May 28, 2026, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson issued a request for
proposals from qualified firms to undertake the study; and
WHEREAS, 10 responses were received by the deadline of June 25, 2026; and
WHEREAS, a working group consisting of Village Manager Bryan Healy, Village
Trustee Maria Slippen, Chief of Police John Nikitopoulos, Lieutenant Anthony
Tramaglini and Police Advisory Committee Chair Carolyn Whiting reviewed the
proposals and selected three finalists to interview; and
WHEREAS, following these interviews, it was determined to recommend moving
forward with 21st Century Policing Solutions (21CP) of Scottsdale, Arizona, at a cost
of $57,750,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to accept the proposal from 21st Century Policing
Solutions of Scottsdale, Arizona, for a police department staffing and operational
study in the amount of $57,750.
