On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #241-2026
WHEREAS, the replacement of the HVAC system at the DPW Garage was included in
the 2026-2027 Capital Budget; and
WHEREAS, the level of technical specification needed for the development of the
design and bid documents require third-party assistance; and
WHEREAS, Nelson & Pope Engineering, Architecture and Land Surveying of Melville,
New York, has provided a proposal in the amount of $13,500 to develop the design and
bid documents and provide construction administration,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to accept the proposal from Nelson & Pope Engineering, Architecture and Land
Surveying of Melville, New York, in the amount of $13,500.
