An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on August 27, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
Trustee Nicholson (by telephone)
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals, the proposed lease of real property, and matters which will imperil the public safety if
disclosed was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Politi and approved
with a 4-0 vote at 6:02 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Politi, the Board voted 4-0 to adjourn the
executive session at 6:58 PM.
