On motion of TRUSTEE _________, seconded by TRUSTEE _________, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #220-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has been working with Arevon
(formerly known as Sol Systems) on the installation of solar canopies at the
Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot; and
WHEREAS, on February 17, 2021, the Village Board of Trustees approved a lease
agreement with Sol Systems for this project; and
WHEREAS, Arevon has provided an amendment to the existing lease agreement
to address temporary easements related to construction, extend the operating period
of the project to November 30, 2050, and decommissioning of the project and to
finalize the incentive amounts received for the project,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to execute an amendment to the lease agreement with SCS Van Wyck
012823 Croton on Hudson, LLC, to address temporary easements related to
construction and decommission of the project, extend the operating period of the
project to November 30, 2050, and to finalize the incentive amount received for the
project, subject to the final approval of the Village Attorney.
