On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York
with the following vote:
Resolution #221-2025
WHEREAS, the Village’s Slow Down Croton campaign first began in 2017; and
WHEREAS, Tom Smith, a Village resident and former member of the Advisory Board
for the Visual Environment, designed the name and logo for the campaign; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been drafted to reflect future use of the campaign,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement with Tom Smith.
