On motion of TRUSTEE _________, seconded by TRUSTEE _________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #222-2025 WHEREAS, the Village and Westchester County own adjoining properties along Grand Street, namely the Village Well Fields and Croton Gorge Park; and WHEREAS, on August 20, 2025, the Village Board approved Resolution 208- 2025 to authorize the Village Manager to execute a license agreement in order to run electrical service lines to the caretaker’s cottage in the park; and WHEREAS, Westchester County has now provided the permanent easement documentation for this area, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute the easement agreement with Westchester County for the purpose of running a new electrical service to the caretaker’s cottage at Croton Gorge Park.
