An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on September 24, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
Trustee Nicholson (arrived at 6:03 PM)
Trustee Politi (by telephone)
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Slippen and
approved with a 3-0 vote at 6:00 PM.
