Virtual Meeting October 20, 2025 at 6:00pm - In Attendance: Bryan Healy, Matt Berger, Nora Nicholson,
Jennifer Dela Rosa, Daniel Castner, Ronal Wegner, Danalys Nazario,
1. The VEB convened and began with a discussion of Croton Commons Kiosk Redesign.
As per the Agenda’s attached document image notes, the kiosk color will be repainted in
the same colors as the Village entrance signs and wayfinding signs, currently a blue hue.
The wooden kiosk roof to be replace with metal roofing. The sailboat imagery to be
replaced with the Village logo on all four sides. It was noted that “Croton on Hudson”
sign and border shall be updated with silver lettering in lieu of the gold color it currently
has. The base board at the bottom shall be repaired/replaced as it is in poor condition.The
VEB unanimously agreed that the updates proposed was acceptable.
2. The Grand – 130 Grand Street. The sign was updated from the original proposal on the
permit. A current picture of the painted “Grand” sign was shown at the meeting. The
VEB unanimously agreed that the updated painted sign was acceptable and approved.

3. Monday’s Gift Shop – 125 Grand Street. The owner clarified an email received and
indicated that the storefront will not be white on white and the opaque glass on the
agenda attachment was used to cover the renovation that is taking place within the store.
He clarified that the storefront is painted brown and will have clear glass with white
lettering. The VEB unanimously agreed that the sign was acceptable
