Enclosed please find the resolution approved at the Village Board of Trustees Meeting on
September 30, 2026, referring the draft Local Law Introductory No. 13 of 2026, the EAF and
the CAF that seeks to amend the text of Chapter 230 “Zoning” to provide clarification for land use
applications in connection with licensed adult use cannabis dispensaries.
As per the Village Code, please review the draft law and make a recommendation back to the
Village Board of Trustees.
