On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #246-2025
WHEREAS, Westchester County operates a firing range at the county police
academy located in Valhalla, New York; and
WHEREAS, the County permits municipal police agencies to send their public
safety employees for firearms training purposes; and
WHEREAS, the County has provided an inter-municipal agreement which
authorizes the use of such facility at the cost of $630 per visit for the period ending
July 31, 2030,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to execute an inter-municipal agreement with Westchester County for the
use of the county firing range for firearms training purposes at the cost of $630 per
visit for the period ending July 31, 2030.
