Hudson, NY 10520, which is leased to Johil Ross / Rebel Studio Croton LLC.
| am aware of and consent to the proposed change in use of the leased space from a retail
store to a service-based art studio, Rebel Studio, primarily providing art classes and
workshops for children and adults rather than selling merchandise.
