following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #251-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson owns and maintains two ambulances
for Croton EMS; and
WHEREAS, Ambulance 55B2 recently had a failure of the diesel particulate filter,
which was not covered under warranty; and
WHEREAS, the cost of repairs has depleted the vehicle repair line in the EMS budget
account,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to transfer $10,000 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to
the following account: A4540.4710 (Ambulance – Vehicle Repairs).
