An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on October 8, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
Trustee Slippen (arrived at 6:10 PM)
Trustee Politi was absent.
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Nicholson and
approved with a 3-0 vote at 6:00 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Nicholson, seconded by Trustee Simon, the Board voted unanimously to
