following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #257-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Police Department is seeking to
transition to a new make and model of service weapon; and
WHEREAS, the cost of replacing the service weapons was not included in the 2025-
2026 General Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfer and amendment:
