An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on October 29, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
Trustee Nicholson (arrived at 6:05 PM)
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters which would imperil public safety
if disclosed and pending litigation was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by
Trustee Politi and approved with a 4-0 vote at 6:03 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Politi, the Board voted unanimously to
adjourn the executive session at 6:54 PM.
