On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New
York with a - vote.
Resolution #259-2025
WHEREAS, the Housing Task Force was originally constituted in 2020; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Task Force was charged with examining all aspects of
housing in Croton-on-Hudson with special attention to affordability and the issues
raised by the Westchester County Housing Needs Assessment, which was
published in 2019; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Task Force completed their work with the publication of
a report in November 2021,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
sunsets the Housing Task Force with thanks to all the members of the community
who served on this task force.
