On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #267-2025
WHEREAS, the Croton-on-Hudson Police Department is in the process of updating its
policy manual; and
WHEREAS, the Village was awarded a partial grant through PERMA, its workers
compensation carrier, for this project,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to
amend the 2025-2026 Capital and General Fund budgets in the amount of $3,919.05:
