On motion of TRUSTEE ____________, seconded by TRUSTEE ___________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #270-2025 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson sold the parcel located at 43-45 Maple Street to Regan Development Corp. (“Regan”) in 2022 for the development of Maple Commons; and WHEREAS, the Village and Regan entered into a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) agreement for Maple Commons for a period of 30 years; and WHEREAS, as part of the approval process, Regan enter into an agreement with the Village to pay an additional annual fee of $20,000 for the term of the PILOT; and WHEREAS, conditions have necessitated an amendment to the fee agreement, which are more fully detailed in the memo from Village Manager Bryan Healy attached hereto, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the amendment to the fee agreement for Maple Commons, subject to the Village Attorney’s final approval.
