On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #293-2025
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
undertakes the following actions:
1. Accepting the membership changes and election results from the Croton-on-
Hudson Fire Department.
2. Filing for the record the liquor license renewal notice for Croton Colonial
Restaurant Diner.
3. Filing for the record the annual report of the Advisory Board of the Visual
Environment.
4. Filing for the record the annual report of the Arts & Humanities Advisory
Council.
5. Filing for the record the annual report of the Sustainability Committee.
6. Filing for the record the funding award letter from the Westchester County
Youth Bureau.
