On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-
Hudson, New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #297-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson operates a sewer pump station at Half
Moon Bay; and
WHEREAS, one of the pumps at the station recently malfunctioned and needed to
be replaced; and
WHEREAS, it is best practice to have a spare pump on hand should unexpected
issues arise; and
WHEREAS, the full cost of purchasing a spare pump was not included in the 2025-
2026 Sewer Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfer in the 2025-
2026 Sewer Fund budget:
