On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #301-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson issued an Invitation to Bid on October
30, 2025, for various trade labor services; and
WHEREAS, such a bid has been found to be necessary as the cost of labor increases and
projects approach state bidding thresholds in General Municipal Law Section 103; and
WHEREAS, eight bids were received at the time of the bid opening on November 13,
2025; and
WHEREAS, a review of the bids found that not all bidders responded to all categories
and subcategories, which made determining the low bidder(s) impossible; and
WHEREAS, in consultation with the New York Conference of Mayors, it has been
decided to reject the bids received and re-bid with clearer guidance to bidders,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson hereby rejects the bids received on November 13, 2025, for trade
labor services.
