On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #7-2026
WHEREAS, the collective bargaining agreement with the Croton Police Association
establishes a set amount to be paid to members for the cost of police uniforms; and
WHEREAS, the 2025-2026 General Fund Budget does not have sufficient funding
available to pay this contractually required amount,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to transfer $6,600 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to
the following account: A3120.4260 – Police Department–Uniforms.
