On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #8-2026
WHEREAS, the Recreation Advisory Committee has recommended that the Village
purchase an automatic external defibrillator (AED) to be installed at Black Rock
Park; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board discussed this request at a work session held on
January 14, 2026, and is supportive of the request; and
WHEREAS, the 2025-2026 General Fund Budget does not have sufficient funding
available for this purchase,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to transfer $4,200 from Contingency Account A1990.4000 to
the following account: A7110.2000 – Parks-Equipment.
