An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on January 14, 2026, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
Chief of Police John Nikitopoulos
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Nicholson and
approved with a 5-0 vote at 9:06 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Nicholson, seconded by Trustee Slippen, the Board voted unanimously
to adjourn the executive session at 9:42 PM.
