November 2, 2026 Village Board of Trustees Village of Croton-on-Hudson Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building 1 Van Wyck Street Croton-on-Hudson, New York 10520 Re: Quaker Bridge Road Bridge Replacement Project Request for Waiver of Wetland Activity Permit Application Fee Dear Members of the Village Board of Trustees: On behalf of Westchester County, I am respectfully requesting that the Village of Croton-on-Hudson waive the $250 Wetland Activity Permit application fee for the Quaker Bridge Road Bridge Replacement Project. The Board generously granted a similar request made by Commissioner Hugh J. Greechan, Jr., P.E. along with the original permit application. The project is being undertaken by Westchester County for the benefit of the traveling public and the surrounding community. The County therefore requests that the Village waive the application fee associated with the Wetland Activity Permit. Thank you for your consideration of this request. Matthew J. Hunt, P.E.
