On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #260-2026
WHEREAS, the Village contracts with a cleaning services company to assist the
Department of Public Works with maintaining Village-owned buildings and facilities;
and
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson awarded the contract to Cleaning
Services of Hudson Valley of Garnerville, New York, in the amount of $4,150 per month
on December 1, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, requested that the Cleaning
Services of Hudson Valley of Garnerville, New York extend their contract for another
year
WHEREAS, Cleaning Services of Hudson Valley of Garnerville, New York agree to a
one-year extension at the same rate of
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the
Village Manager to renew the contract with Cleaning Services of Hudson Valley, of
Garnerville, New York, in the amount of $4,150 per month; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for these services has been allocated in
account A1620.4040.
