following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #262-2026
WHEREAS, the Village applied for the Dormitory Authority of the State of New
York (DASNY) earlier this year for funds for the purpose of purchasing a new senior
bus; and
WHEREAS, on March 5, 2026 the Village was notified that it was one of the
successful applicants in the grant program and will receive funds in the amount of
$156,000 towards the purchase of the bus; and
WHEREAS, a grant agreement has been provided to memorialize the one-time
payment,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the grant agreement with DASNY and
any other documentation necessary to receive the funds.
